  3. im now 9 months out and Hw: 260 Cw: 178 Gw: 130 I been stalling at 178 for the past 3 months but im coming along well... Its a learning process.

  7. I have difficulty at times but i mix miralax in with my Gatorade i helps try Dulcolax. I've noticed since i added a probiotic daily, i have been regular...i hope this helps

  10. I love peanut butter and can eat it all day everyday if i could and I've always liked cooked veggies, but i love them and crave them all the time as well.

  17. Before surgery, i would void numerous times a day because im a big water drinker....now 4 weeks out of surgery, im lucky if i pee twice a day....is this normal?

  19. 1.actually look forward to seeing myself in the mirror and loving the progress. 2.to be able to cross my legs. 3. To shop for the really cute, cheaper clothes. 4.walking with me head up high. 5. To finally be able to wear a bathing suit. 6. To inspire others struggling with their weight to give them hope. 7. To have more energy. 8. Go out with others and finally feel confident. 9. Finally get pass people saying i would be pretty if i weren't fat. 10. To exercise without getting tired quickly!
