I'm having some trouble with this well. Not being able to gulp drinks has been my struggle at getting all the water needed. I now fill 2 - 32oz bottles of water to make sure I get enough or at least as close as I possibly can. And I just found out from my nurse the other day that the water shouldn't be refrigerated which sucks.

Oh- and I am 4 weeks post op too

I'm the same way now. It's weird, I used to go every hour. Sometimes I'll be at work all day and realize I haven't been once. I figure it's just that you're not putting as much in, so not as much comes out.
