I had surgery on June 30 and have not experienced any pain like that at all. Have you had any prior abdominal surgeries that could be contributing to this? If not, call your Doc. Better to be safe about it.

Best wishes and keep us posted!

I had something similar, and I was told it was a non issue if there was no fever. But I did contact my Dr. I paid them to be on call, so I did. If it continues, I would call them for self assurance!

Oh dear God did I have pain!!! I was fine immediately after my surgery then at day 9 I had this incredible burning pain every time I would sit or stand, it drove me crazy!!! Today I am 14 days post op and I have to tell you that the burning pain is nearly gone, its just a dull ache now!!!

I swore it was the cut but then I really examined where it was coming from and there nothing there it hurts to get up to do anything I seen my doctor today and idk how I forgot to ask him about it but if the pain don't subside I'm gonna give him a call :(,ty for all ur feedback at least I'm not alone out here

The incision to the right of my bellybutton was the worst one... It bled after surgery and when the doctor pulled off the steri strips. The doctor said it looks like the internal stitches pulled out on that incision. It has also been the longest to heal and looks worse than the rest of them (which have completely healed). I think that must be the site where the doctor did the most work... like some of the other sites just hold cameras and lights and that one is the one they go in and out of the most.

I agree -- call the doctor -- but you might just have one spot hat stays worse than the others.
