Any problems with Go lean from GNC

I just got some go lean yesterday and had my first shake this morning. I have had the most horrible cramps I have ever had! Just wondering if it was the shake??

I haven't tried Go lean yet, but I want to.

I really like the GNC go lean shakes and have no problem with them. The pumpkin spice should be coming out soon and is sooooo good!

There is a wide range of sugar in the Go Lean Products. The cool flavors that come in powder are probably a bad idea for most people. You should compare the amount in each. I used the ready to drink chocolate and pumpkin during weeks 1 & 2. (My program doesn't allow Protein drinks after that). I also think the vanilla has lower sugar too.

I hated the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury and Isopure. The Go Lean was my only liquid supplement.

I have been using gnc lean 25 chocolate since before my surgery may 7th and I have no problems. It's my favorite. Gnc does have a money back guarantee just in case. Hope it wasn't the shake though.
