Well I am just about 3 months out so I wanted to take some progress pics. I had surgery April 1st and I have lost 46 pounds. Feeling great!

Really I just followed the guidelines that the doctor gave me. My band was empty until today which is 3 months out and I have not exercised because I was not allowed to do anything the first 6 weeks except light walking and I broke my ankle 7 weeks ago. So really just following the food and Water guidelines.

I get more then my 64 oz of water in each day which helps keep me full and always get my Protein first. I really limit my carbs.

I hope after this fill I can keep it going.
