I am a type 1 diabetic and this morning my blood sugar went really low and I did the same thing I used to before the sleeve ate a bunch of stuff hoping I would hurry up and feel better. I had a hash brown and a piece of French toast...not good. I should of just had some juice. I am so mad that I could not control myself and do the right thing. This is the first time I have had any kind of potato or bread.
