34 days

34 days to go. The other day I was weighing in at 211lbs. My goal was to get to 205lbs for my next appointment which is on the 8th of July. It's my final appointment and weigh in before surgery 2 wks after that. I can't drop below 205lbs or I drop below required bmi from insurance. I woke up today and now I'm at 206lbs! ? My weight fluctuates so much. I can't wait until I don't have to worry about losing too much. This has been incredibly tough believe it or not. I will definitely wear jeans and tennis shoes to the last weigh in. I want to be in onederland by surgery date! I hope. My feet are starting to hurt and I don't want to wait anymore for getting some of this weight off!

Good luck to you! You are almost there. It's hard to be on a diet and not lose too much. My PCP told me to only lose 1/2 lb per week...I have NEVER been on a diet when I tried to lose as little as possible. It is very difficult. My husband just laughs at me lol
