Now that I am back to work and it is so busy some days I am finding that I don't get my water in until I am home from work. Although I do get about 16oz in at work. However, lately I have been getting quite nauseous and dizzy/headachy by mid day. Could this be because I am not fully hydrated during the day? I know I need to figure out a way to make sure I drink all day long but it keeps slipping my mind.
