Vitamin suggestions please

I don't have an apt with the dr until the 27th and then I leave to go out of town the next am. And of course they just have me leave a message for the dr. So I'm looking for help. What kind and what vitamins should I get to be ready for 7/1? I know everyone is different, but just the basics I guess.

The bariatric program I'm going to recommends BariatricAdvantage.

My surgeon has told everyone in his practice that the Flinstones chewable are good. The bariatric ones are more expensive but just as good.

Powdered vitamins at barilife.com and my dr office also sell them

the bariatric program im going through recommends Centrum Complete, Centrum Silver for more common, available everywhere Vitamins, and to supplement them with B12 (ONLY the kind that goes under the tongue to dissolve) and Calcium. this recommendation is for people who dont want to order vitamins online. when i get my paperwork ill list the other suggestions.
