Hi:

You'll notice at some point that you're peeing like crazy. When I got my lapband I gained 9 pounds without any food. Then, I think it was either the 4th or the 5th night postop I lost 5 pounds overnight.

You'll be fine :)

I agree with the other post it is all the fluids they pump in yo you to prevent dehydration the water will come out send I was told nit yo weigh myself the first week because of the surgery fluids.

I gained 10 lbs after the surgery. A week post op I was back to pre surgery weight. I'm now (2weeks post op) down another 10

I thought i was the only one....the day of surgery i weighed in at 247 and the day i was discharged i weighed 255. I went to my 1 week post op appointment yesterday and i weighed in at 243....i thought i should have lost more ,but hey, im only a week out.
