Can I or Should I?

I am 5 days post op and have been doing ok on sugar free pudding and liquids. Today I want to try some oatmeal do you think this is ok or do I have to wait another week? I did eat a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter last night and ate it very slow. Also I just want to say thank goodness for stool softeners and don't wait too long before you take them. Have a great day everyone and I love reading the forums.

Congrats on being banded! Always go by the instructions given to you by your doctor. They provide these for a reason, if you advance yourself before you should you risk the chance of damaging something.
