Hello, can anyone tell me how long it takes from the first appointment to the surgery date? I have my first appointment on June 18th and would love to know what the process is. I'm from Canada so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

It varies by insurance requirements and surgeon availability here in the states can be as little as 3 months more closer to 6-8 months. Not sure how your national health program works in Canada but that will be a big part of the timeframe. Good luck!

I just had my 1st appt June 2nd and after all my testing is done my surgery date will be in sept.

I had my first appt on Jan 21st, surgery was the 18th of March - 2 months. Insurance is BCBS-IL.

My first appt was March 16th,my surgery date is June 16th so it all took exactly 3 months
