Scared but excited!

Hi everyone I'm new in here, and so glad I found this group! I'm booked in to have my sleeve done on the 1st July! I'm so excited, but scared at the same time! I think the thing scaring me the most is the pre op 2 week diet!! Slowly trying to wean myself off coffee now...next it's smoking! That's one big thing with me also having this surgery is I'm quitting a 17 year habit!!! I'm excited of the outcome..just scared of the process to get there!

I only have to do a two day liquid diet and I quit smoking 10 years ago, it's the after I think about. Getting over surgery and hoping and praying I don't have complications.

You can do it.... try to stop the smokes some doctors will postpone you for that because it can complicate your healing... I quit a month in advance and have kept it up. My surgery went great and I feel pretty good. Take care
