Whoohoo!

That's awesome. A good attitude and willingness to live in "the real world" is key to your success (IMHO).

Way to go! You've made it through the hardest part, those first three days. I was happy to lose on pre-op knowing that for the first time I was saying goodbye to weight that would never be coming back. Best wishes for smooth sailing ahead. You are choosing yourself and your healthy future -- that is a marvelous thing.

I repeated my mantra often....... "I can do anything for two weeks. I can do ANYTHING for two weeks. I can do anything for TWO WEEKS. ......" Best Wishes. June 4th will be here before you know it!

I also have a family to take care of.. I too have to cook everyday and on liquid DIET! My trick.. Cook only the amount they going to eat.. Clean the kitchen right away and always have chinken broth nearby for any sudden cravings!! My surgery is may 28.. I can wait!
