Great advice. . Thank you both. Tomato soup and a glass of milk went down just fine and got rid of my killer headache. Back on liquids for at least a few days.

Quick background: (question at the end)
Banded March 6. First fill 5 weeks later up to 4. No restriction at all and I could eat a lot of anything. Second fill this past Tuesday. Up to 5. Did one day of liquid followed by one day of mushy food. Thursday night and all day Friday ate normal food but could really tell a difference. Full after 1 cup. No problems. Yea! Then came last night. I ate a deviled egg. Chewed it like I should have but probably didn't wait long enough between swallows. Got stuck for quite a while and finally ended up getting sick. Took a drink of water about five minutes later and got sick on that as well. After that, I didn't drink/eat anything else the rest of the night until this morning at about 9:30 a.m. I ate 3 bites of cottage cheese. I chewed all of them well and waited to swallow. Then I had another sticking issue and ended up getting sick again. Last night was my fault. This morning I don't think I did anything wrong. Have I screwed something up? I'm going to wait a few hours before trying again, but I'm really not looking forward to it. Has anyone else had this issue?
