  1. Can u please share how much fluid you have in your band? I know everyone is different I just like to compare
  2. @@enjoythetime I can't find the message with your recipes can you please resend them!
  3. I guess what I don't understand is why my surgeon did not say to me "if you have any problems please get it checked out immediately" I was not educated on the side effects at all. Therefore I thought my gall stones where just pain due to something being stuck in my band so I didn't get it check out. Had I known gall stones where common after WLS it might have had a different outcome
  4. Hi yes please text me at 817-681-6321 and I will give you details

  12. Not me. I've been banded since dec 2013 and haven't lost any weight the aftercare person I saw for the first 3 fills missed my port every time so I didn't get a fill at all.. 3 months wasted then they filled it too much and I was throwing up everything.. So that's 5 months wasted and now I have pancreatits from gall stones (was perfectly healthy before the band) and I can't continue my care until I get over that.. So good luck I'm already 9 months in and slim results
  13. Yes it is the most excruciating pain I have ever experience and I have 2 children and even 1 csection. I actually thought that maybe there was something getting stuck in my band the first few times because the band was new to me and I didn't know any different and it was a weird squeezing feeling and very painful but I later found out.. Months later it was gall stones.

  15. I am just having a horrible experience so far with true results I want to maybe try to start seeing another doctor if you have a great surgeon please send me recommendations!
  16. Hello everyone I have had gallstones which caused a horrible case of pancreatitis and I had to have my gall bladder removed has anyone else experienced this? I was completely healthy before I got banded and my friend that recommended me get a lap band is also having these issues I'm just wondering how many others experience this. Pancreatitis is the worst thing I have ever experienced and if I would have known this was going to happen I would have never got banded
  17. Yes I did I have my gallbladder taken out 8 months after I was banded and it seems to be fine.
