Not me. I've been banded since dec 2013 and haven't lost any weight the aftercare person I saw for the first 3 fills missed my port every time so I didn't get a fill at all.. 3 months wasted then they filled it too much and I was throwing up everything.. So that's 5 months wasted and now I have pancreatits from gall stones (was perfectly healthy before the band) and I can't continue my care until I get over that.. So good luck I'm already 9 months in and slim results

Who was your surgeon and we're you primed at surgery? I also was banded by Dr. Benavides in Nov. 2013. I have lost 68lbs so far and I always see physician assistant Shunte and she is awesome!!! I'm a slow loser but all is well. You know you can request what physician assistant you want to see...give her a shot like I said she is awesome!!! Don't give up yet the key is a lot of patience!!! ????
