I had surgery on Thursday 5/8 and still on liquid diet, but started getting leg cramps yesterday. Anyone have any advice? I am getting my water in slowly

Drink g2 cut with water and I would check with my doc.

Try diluted powerade zero. No sugar. You could probably use the electrolytes and potassium. Are you getting your protein shakes in?

I haven't had my surgery yet, but I know that walking and moving after sugery is a must so you don't have cramping or clotting, in addition to lots of water and the electrolytes/potassium. And, I would also consult your Dr.
