Well i'm on my last day of the liquid diet. Tomorrow is the big day, i'm so ready and excited to have the surgery. I'll let you know how I do tomorrow afternoon!

Wow...good luck! I am one day behind you. Last day of Optifast, Clear liquids tomorrow, and surgery Tuesday morning. What time is your surgery? Mine is at 7:30 am, hoping I am able to do some walking, etc the first evening too. Not sure how that goes....hope you are able to get up and get around fast tomorrow. Update us when you are able!

I'm in the process of having my gastric bypass I am super nervous, I had all my test done already sleep study blood etc.. waiting on my psych appointment on the 18 of may I need some encouragement I'm afraid of complications all I have been reading on this blog people suffer from numerous complications with gastric bypass please HELP

Thanks. Just taking it easy. I went to GNC And bought 7 packs of 4 protein shakes. The were on sale for 249 each. I was like awesome. I tried them and really like them. 25 gms of protein 1 gm of sugar and like 120 calories. SCORE
