Birth control fluctuation?

I was sleeved 10/09/13 and Sunday weighed 207 got on the scale today and was 212.5 which there is just no way. I'm wondering if anyone noticed a fluctuation when they went back to using birth control pills? I almost forgot I started taking my BC again on Monday so was wondering that's the culprit

    Yes, my doc said the pill can cause mild weight gain at first because of the hormones.
