Tenths not tents.LOL! Digital .....

Scales vary. I weigh different amounts even on different scales in the hospital! I weigh 1 pound more at the hospital than mine at home. I think the key is to pick one for consistency to record your weight. I have a weight watchers one that I got at bed, bath and beyond. It was around $29.99.

I had a Tanita and it was pretty accurate with the scale at my surgeon's office.

That said, my therapist and I recently took a sledgehammer to my scale. lol I will only weigh in at doctor's appointments now. I need to trust myself to eat and do the right things and that my body will do its part when its ready. I actually feel pretty free about it. :)

I love my parents weight watchers scale, the one they have saves 4 profiles, with age, height, and weight. It figures BMI, Water, and weight. I weigh myself when I stop over to check on them so at least once a week. It's a really nice scale and they got it for around $30 at Walmart.

Homedic regular scales, very accurate

I have the "Biggest Loser" digital scale. Spent $40 for it and purchased it online about 2 years ago I believe.

I have the Tanita and Weight Watchers. The Tanita is more accurate and my weight watchers is always 5lbs heavier.
