bowling

I am in an amateur woman's bowling league and have taken off for 4 weeks. I hope to bowl this coming Monday. My ball is 9-10 lbs. My doctor is cool with it as long as I don't start hurting. Did anyone else bowl 4 weeks out?

Yes, I did. I was 24 days post surgery. I had no problems and the ball I used is 12 pounds.

I am 4 weeks today =) I'm really looking forward to it but if I start to hurt at all I'm telling my league sorry and I will forfeit for the night. :)

I bowled last night and had no pain at all. It was just like before I even had surgery :-) Thanks for the input everyone. Good bless
