Chike protein drinks are yummy!! Chike.com that even have a protein packed ice coffee that is yummy!

What proteins shakes have you tried?

I just ordered a sample pack that has several different flavors from chike. Can't wait to try them.

I'm good with the Atkins and Premier shakes but I've found that the shakes are a very important part of this diet as far as getting all of the Protein in. Keep trying till you find something you like. You may have to add powdered protein to your food.

I used Unjury unflavored protein powder in Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry juice when. I needed a change.

I found that after surgery I prefer the plainer flavors such as chocolate or vanilla mixed with plain water. Before surgery I loved thick shakes and now that doesn't work well with my tummy and makes me nauseated. Also, I found that I don't handle ready to drink shakes well either. The ones you mix yourself taste better, less thick.
