Thanks everyone. I lost 179 pounds I was 338 to start with and in 159 now. My goal is 130, so about 30 more to go. I had my surgery July 2013, I work full time as a restaurant manager and am mother of twins that are 2 and a half now. I could not drink the protein shakes until about a month ago. In the beginning it would make me gav just couldn't handle them. Now I drink 1 a day. I don't follow the diet plan 100%, have some chips popcorn, maybe a cookie every on e in a while. No soft drinks though, I stick to tea with splenda mostly. Lean ham, cheese, bacon, fish, chicken, sometimes ground beef, occasionally a tortilla she'll, side dishes after protein may eat a bite or 2 of a vegetable , rice, noodles, I might could eat a couple of bites now but that's it I was in extreme pain, in and out of the hospital for the first 2 weeks after surgery. After the drain tube was taken out I got better, but I had no desire for food for a long time. I would literally have to make myself eat a little bit, now I do feel hungry sometimes but no where near what it was

OMG! What a difference! Good for you

wow...thats so inspiring. do you find this new lifestyle easier to do since you have been sleeved?

Thank you and yes it gets easier. Just a major adjustment in the beginning but now it's easy. No t ever wanting to go back like I was before and my twins are my motivation.

Awesome! Amazing!

You're beautiful in both those pictures I am very sorry that you had a hard time at the beginning but it sounds like you really what is it they called it? working your sleeve. You are a true inspiration thank you for sharing.
