Why so slow?

Had my surgery in April 4th...the first 2 weeks I lost 21lbs!!! I'm thinking awesome!!! I weighed in today at my 3 week mark...and I have only lost an additional 2 lbs...kinda disappointing...any suggestions? Or explanations?

You just keep up the good work and it will start falling off again!!!

Its called the '3 week stall'. Search the forums. There are millions of posts regarding it.

Don't fear, stalls are normal - particularly the three week one.

Your weight will drop - promise!

And prepare yourself for another at 6 weeks. Stalls happen. As long as you are following your plan the weight will come off
