when you look for the calcium, be sure you are looking for calcium citrate, it absorbs much better than calcium carbonate... just a FYI... not that the carbonate is bad, I'm just told for us WLSers, t

You can check with your doctor...but I don't see why you can't swallow that...

I use calcium citrate chews...in caramel...my little secret indulgence (not really) ... the pharmacy at my hospital carries them (so yours might), but you can get them from Unjury.com I believe

BigGirlPanties, thanks I will check that out.

I take the sublingual B12 tablets that melt. The liquid sublingual made me sick. Apparently the pill form of B12 doesn't absorb the way it should which is why they give you the sublingual form. I also take Viactive calcium supplement which is a chocolate chew and so yummy. Just like BigGirlPanties it's my little indulgence.

I found bariatric chewables on amazon. tired of them after two weeks but still work.

I hate the crystals too! I bought a box of 100. That was dumb!

I just got calcium chewables from the hospital pharmacy and they are much better.

I too found the bariatric chewables on amazon. Calcium is lemon, raspberry or caramel. B12 is berry, like starburst. I even have chocolate vitamin d. Just be careful since each have 3 carbs.
