Does anyone else feel this way? I am 1 yr 4 months post opt. I've lost 75lbs and do feel great, but I've not reached my goal weight. My doctor says I look great, but I want to be about 15lbs lighter and its getting harder to loose and making me less motivated. I don't want to put weight back on! I am a very busy person and feel like I could fall back into the old eating pattern and I don't want to do that. Since I am busy with my job I don't get to the gym on a regular basis. I'm getting tempted to eat more carbs than normal for me.....help I don't want to get out of control.!!!! Any suggestions????
