As of today..

I have lost 50 pounds ...15 pounds left to go. I am in a size 8 now and decided on a goal weight of 150 pounds. That should bring me to a size 6. It has been such a great ride these past 4 months. I have no regrets .. The sleeve is a eons earful tool for me to easily control my hunger. I even have a very keen sense of head hunger now..versus real hunger. Going to a nutritionist and a psychologist since 3 months prior to surgery has been such a priceless tool to go into why I use food to soothe me in times of stress, tiredness, anger, , etc etc. I am a joyous person today.
