Almost 4 weeks post op

I'll be 4 weeks post op. I've lost 21 lbs since surgery and I'm feeling great. However there is one problem I'm facing: constipation. How can I help myself? Any suggestions ?

    I occasionally use a laxative ..the glycerin kind.

    I was told to take colcase (spelling??). It's a little red gel tablet. If I haven't gone after 3 days I pop one and go within 4 hours or so. Or a cup of coffee has been known to help.

    I'm 2 1/2 months out and have had issues with constipation as well This is what works for me. Three doses of Benefiber per day and two doses of Dulcolax stool softener. Lots of fluids.
