protein

Can anyone give me some ideas for mixing protein powders after surgery. The problem is I don't like milk or soy. Never have. I got about 6 of the berry flavored liquid protein shots. I got 3 single packages each of the unjury chicken soup, unflavored, and vanila. But the single shots can get costly. ? ? Eventially I want to get the big tub of protein powder but at a loss of what to mix it with.

How about Unsweetened Almond Milk? Have you tried that? That's what I'm going to be doing post-op!

What kind of protein shake are you using, if you don't mind me asking? I'm using Lean Shake 25.

Hi joyann what about unflavoured Protein powder with hotwater or mixing with ur soup, I haven't tried it myself but am going to try.

Ive invested in choc protein powder I mix with Water, unflavoured to mix in soup and a vanilla for my coffee tho not sure how that will work out.

Syntrax nectar Protein powders mixes with Water. I always add extra crystal light to increase the flavor a little. I love Lemon Tea and Fuzzy Navel.
