Starting my 2 week liquid diet today. Feeling so many emotions right now. Can I get through this 2 week liquid diet? I'm feeling really nervous at this moment. doubt and fears have kicked into over drive. I've had such a horrible relationship with food over the years and I've learned so much this far on my journey to a healthier me but can I get through 2 weeks of liquid diet. I so don't want to fail.

Hang in there. Try to focus on what u r about to gain from the surgery. Girl it's just down right hard no question. Tonight's been a true struggle but ice survived and so will u.

Thanks i really appreciate the support.hopefully of gets easier ..hope things get easier for u too.

The first 3 days are really the worst ladies. Tired, head-achy and crabby. It really does get easier. Just keep reminding yourself that these few days of struggle end in so many more years of healthy lives. It's so worth it.

Thanks and focusing on what I stand to gain from this is what kept me going.

I am on day 12 and I feel that the liquid diet is a really good way to see where your head is at. I have struggled, caught myself staring into the fridge, it is all a head game. When ever I get hungry I brush my teeth..I know weird right? Ever drink OJ after brushing your teeth? YUCK! It works for me. Night time is the worst..the later I stay up the louder my stomach and head say "Let's Eat"! Just keep busy and push yourself. You may cry, be an irritable "B" for a while but in the end it is all worth it! Good Luck :)
