Infused water?

Trying to master 64 oz of Water pre op. I could barely master 16.9 oz a week ago. Gradually getting there but hoping that if I start infusing my water with citrus, cucumber and mint, I can continue post op. Any thoughts?

Swedishfish1020 what about adding a lemon slice or lime, or a little bit of crystal light. I bought a 74.4 oz water jug and I just sip on that all day that seems to help me.

I tried a little crystal light in my water. Think just adding color made it more appealing.

Crystal Light is the best. Grape flavor is my fav.

GL on ur wls journey!

Crystal light definitely helps, I LOVE cucumber infused water- so refreshing!

Me too! On Pinterest they have the recipe with lemons, oranges and mint. I just wasn't sure if any of those things would be bothersome on the stomach after surgery.
