Compression Garments

My work requires me to stand alot...(teaching preK). I plan to go back April 7 and am worried because even just standing in my kitchen for a short time causes my side to pull and sting. I am wondering if a compression garment will help take the bite out of gravity! Any suggestions on one that is good for the money??

Under Armor is a bit pricey, but I couldn't live without mine. You could try Spanks as well.

I teach, too... College. I went back at two weeks and also had that terrible pain. Compression didn't help me much. Ymmv. A heating pad helped a lot. Good luck! That pain will soon be a memory.

My hospital sent me home with a tummy binder. I love it even if I'm just walking around. It holds everything firm so no jiggling around.
