Frozen yogurt

On week 4 post op, was wondering if non fat frozen yogurt sugar free was okay ?

Carlotta makes a good point about triggering your sweet tooth. I have found that my 'domino' foods, the ones I struggle to eat in the correct proportions or that trigger certain cravings, are unique to me. So while SF and fat free are generally good, just watch everything to see how your body responds.

I enjoy frozen yogurt once in a while as a special treat-- but I would never buy it to keep in my house. It would only make me want more.
