Unexplained bruising

Has anyone noticed unexplained bruising? I will be 4 months out this Friday and started noticing unexplained bruises on my arms about 2-3 weeks ago. I plan to email my doctor to see if I could be lacking something but wanted to check with y'all as well.

I am pretty sure I read that is a sign of not getting enough Protein. Of course, other things can cause it, too.

If you lift weights the bruises might be a result of microscopic tears in the blood vessels of the muscle closest to the top of the skin. Its totally normal and nothing to worry about.

My lab work just came back where my vitamin K is really low (I'm still pre-op). When I researched side effects of vitamin k deficiency it said bruising, heavy menstrual cycle and a few other items. I'd let your dr know so they can run some tests.
