My date is April 9th :-)

I am debating getting my hair done right before surgery and my nails. I want to feel good afterwards when I know I will be hurting and tired. Does anyone know if it will be ok to have my nails done for surgery?

I dont know about toes but no fingernail polish. It interferes with the oxygen monitor.

bMy surgeon is letting me keep my tips as long as it's a French style and my toes can be any color e said comes to it he'll wipe one off and the nurse will repaint it for me )

My surgery sate is April 10th. I've been way too nervous and scared to even think about how much this preop diet sucks.

Eating my last meal! Tomorrow is all clears then surgery Wednesday! The group had a few surgeries today and I hope they went well!! Please let us know how you are when you can!

Clear liquids almost done for the day. Thinking I will go to bed early, since I am hungry and there is only so much liquid a girl can take. Tomorrow is the day. Excited, nervous and ready to go. No more fighting myself. Even with this weight I have lost, I know that without this surgery, as soon as I started to eat it would come back on.........just like it always had. So thankful they found this surgery. Good luck to all!!
