I personally like powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury and Syntrax nectar. Lots of people rave about Premier Protein.

Premiere Protein is definitely my fave... you can buy it at costco or Sam's in an 18 pack for about $24, so it comes out to only a little more than a dollar per shake. They are pre-made which makes it super convenient. They come in chocolate and vanilla and I've heard rumors that Costco is supposed to start carrying them in Strawberries and Cream!

premier Protein and muscle milk.

Thank you, I am hoping to get those brands online, as I live in ScandinaviaI don't think we carry them here. :-)

I buy both Unjury and Syntrax nectar online! :)

My favorite brands of powders are Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Syntrax Nectar, Syntrax Matrix, Unjury, and Chike. The first three you can buy at netrition.com (they do ship internationally) or nashuanutrition.com (also ships internationally, plus they sell samples - I recommend buying a couple of samples of lots of different flavors you might like - don't commit to buying a big tub of something until you have tasted it after surgery!).

Nashua Nutrition also sells the Chike and BSN Lean Dessert brands, both of which I think are great.

I also really like Unjury, particularly the Chocolate Splendor and chicken soup flavors. The chicken soup is a really nice change from all the sweet flavors. You can buy a starter pack from them:

i'm in the uk and the one i settled on is PhD Diet Whey i only like the chocolate orange and i use hazelnut milk so its not just choc orange has a better flavour with the hazelnut milk.

they also do orange cranberry and lemon ready to drink juice drinks.
