Yes, me too. My post is on the veterans board. I've only gained 10 but I don't want to go back down that road again, so l'll tell you what I've bee told and it's working. Start journaling again, so you can see what you're eating. Use my fitness pal myfitnesspal.com you can set your goals and it will help

I strongly second food logging. I've been using MFP for over two years and never leave home without it!!

Sound advice. I'm just 2 months ahead of you Misty. I on the other hand am an extremist...I've taken to calling myself that lately. I wont apologize for my life/food choices cuz I work VERY hard at it. I get mad at myself, and tell myself to lighten up and have a cookie, or a cracker, or whatever..but I cant, I just cant. But doesn't mean it wont happen, it just hasn't yet. So I will take notes and follow your progress an see how it works for you. Cuz I never say never. I will learn from you on your journey back...Good Luck sweetie.

Misty, were/are you following your bypass guidelines? I sitil don't drink for a half hour before or after my meals etc. I did stop journaling my food but stated again after gaining some stress eating pounds ands it's working. I already lost a couple of the 10 I had put back on.I continually tell myself I don't want to waste all I gained and all the money I spent. You can do it! Get a nutritionist to help you if you need to keep you on track.

Tell yourself that you will not let this food take over your life! You CAN do it!
