  5. Misty, were/are you following your bypass guidelines? I sitil don't drink for a half hour before or after my meals etc. I did stop journaling my food but stated again after gaining some stress eating pounds ands it's working. I already lost a couple of the 10 I had put back on.I continually tell myself I don't want to waste all I gained and all the money I spent. You can do it! Get a nutritionist to help you if you need to keep you on track. Tell yourself that you will not let this food take over your life! You CAN do it!

  7. Yes, me too. My post is on the veterans board. I've only gained 10 but I don't want to go back down that road again, so l'll tell you what I've bee told and it's working. Start journaling again, so you can see what you're eating. Use my fitness pal myfitnesspal.com you can set your goals and it will help
  8. Wow Kaitie, we are alike! I came down with a stomach bug yesterday. Dave, the journalizing has helped. I set it for one pound a week so we'll see what happens. Thanks for the support.
  9. I'm not an exerciser and really have never been but I started journaling again with my fitness pal. Hoping that will help.
  10. Hi everyone! New to the site. I had my RNY 4 yrs ago, lost 100# and within the past couple months have gained 10#. Anyone have ideas on how to jump start my metabolism again? I admit I've been stress eating and need some help getting back on the "road".
