  2. Wow. I need your will power. I was so strict the first yeah, then gradually began old bad habits. I'm so beyond frustrated with myself.

  6. I'm 4 years post op and I'm "hungry" all the time...but pretty sure it's my addiction to food that's causing my need to eat. During the first 3 years I fell back into my old habits because I could eat whatever I wanted and still not gain. That's not the case anymore. I'm struggling so hard to eat like I'm supposed to. Advice for early post op'ers that are still following the rules: DONT EVER STOP FOLLOWING THE RULES!!!
  7. I had gastric bypass may 10, 2010 and lost 154 lbs-best decision I ever made for myself...but I've gained 30 of it back. I know a little weight gain is normal, but I've gone back to old bad habits!! Any post ops go through this?? And if so, HELP!
