My date is march 17. Can't wait !!

Today is day 7 and it got a little easier. I'm on 1000 cal a day with 5 protein shakes a day and one cup of veggies and broth a day. They want me on it for 3 weeksdde1e it's crazy! I smell food that ain't even around food I don't even like! Lol! I was hanging out with my brother and I was like do you smell corned beef!!?? dde33 he's like um no and u are crazy!

wow 3 weeks? I'd go crazy as well..lol. Do they have a goal amount that they want you to lose? I was told I wouldn't have to do more than one week and a clear liquid the day before surgery, but I'm sure that can change at my final meeting at the end of this month.

He wants me to lose 20-30 pounds before surgery. I'm usually great all day but at night I am ravenous!

I am scheduled March 14th in Germany! I am a army wife also and very excited to take the next journey in my crazy life.

Mine is 26th March and I am in Australia, mine is being done open surgery very Scared! Any buddies would be great to say stories after and stuff

@ pre-op appt now!!! March 3rd... After a jam 24th tentative date insurance didn't approve on time, then I had a mini getaway and scheduled for 2/28, then Dr reschedule for 3/3... Countdown begins...

March 12th for me!! Can't believe it's almost here! A little nervous but super excited for all the positive changes to come!

I started my 2 week pre-op diet today and my surgery is scheduled for March 6th. I'm pretty excited to start a new life. I was pretty nervous until I had my pre-op surgery appointment this last monday and it really settled my nerves. I feel really prepared now. I'm just nervous about the next 13 days of this pre-op diet. Today hasn't been too bad, not really hungry, just a empty feeling in my belly. Good luck everyone.

March 4th! I'm starting my preop diet this weekend. I've never been in the hospital before so I'm pretty nervous. Good luck everybody.

I am tenatively scheduled for Mach 25th, but still waiting on final approval from insurance. I am excited and nervous. To the Army wives, thanks for supporting our men in uniform. My husband ex-Navy and my oldest son is in Navy Class C school currently. We also have our youngest son in ROTC, Army sponsored, so it seems I may have one sailor and one soldier!!! Good luck to all!! Can't wait for our different journies to begin!
