  2. Yes I don't like food much either. Dealing with nausea but my energy is good. When was the last time you had your iron level checked? I take biotin daily so no issues with hair. Good job on your weight loss and I hope you feel better soon

  6. If there is anyone here that had surgery in columbus @ mt. Carmel west...dr. Phillip Price had to retire for health reasons...very sad, great surgeon even better person!

  10. first congrats on your loss! Check out natural notts. They are also on fb..good tips on care of natural hair. That and biotin have saved me from thinning and shedding. Good luck
  11. I'm down about 60lbs since surgery (3-17-14). Just had total hip replacement surgery on 6-17 so had to lose the 10 lbs of fluid added and the lack of exercise. Needless to say I am very pleased and feel so much better!

  13. exactly! This group is about supporting each other, everyone is different and we should embrace that. What works for one may not work for another. Congrats on everyone's weight loss, be it 100lbs or 10!! Keep it positive, and remember we all lose at our own pace,some have more to lose than others but we are all in this together.
