I've heard Tricare can be pretty fast. East or west?

I was told by my doctors office that they are pretty fast too. It is WEST. On the website, my referrals, it shows PENDING....

I have gotten amazingly fast response from west. Here's to your approval within the next week.

I got my approval from Tricare west in a week. You can also call Tricare it's self and see if you can speed the process along too! Good luck!

The website shows it was received Feb 5 and shows status as PENDING. I will call them tomorrow in case the website just hasn't been updated

I had to click on the referral and it had 2 sections. One will say pending until the actual surgery the other will have the room and board and if that says approved than you are approved!

that is the all inclusive room and board. Once that says approved you are in the clear!

I called Tricare and I AM APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations!!!! Wish I was only waiting on Tricare. Unfortunately they are my second insurance. Blue Cross is my first. Do you have a date then?
