Gas is normal...Walking was the best way for me to get rid of it. I used Gas-X strips, but those didn't help as much as the walking.

I just had mine on Tuesday and my tummy is making the same sounds. I have found that trying to walk helps. Also I've used the infant gas drops and that helps too!

I also am experiencing a lot of gas. I don't know if you have the same thing, but I also get like a pain in the middle of my chest for a quick second and then it goes away. It hurts

The heating pad has helped me with gas. I just laid on it on my back

Just keep walking and it will come out. I'm 3 weeks out and even though I'm eating refried Beans once a day now, the gas is not even close to how it was the first week or two.

Gas x strips and walking! I made my hubby stop at cvs on the way home from hospital to get those while he was getting my pain meds.

Took them religiously for about a week. I also forced my fsmily to deal with me going with to the store. .even tho I walked slow as a turtle. Wiped me out for sure...but I did it. We also live in a large apt building and our place is one of the farthest away from the elevator..so I had a lot of walking just to go anywhere.
