185. Down a pound. Moving SO SLOW!!

Stayed the same this week. 186. It's making me CRAZY!!

186. I'll take it!

I'm at 187 today. My goal weight will be 175. That's 12 lbs.

Start weight: 194 Now: 189 Goal: 188 Almost there!!!

I'm at 194.8 today! Lowest I've been in years and feeling great and motivated!

I love Syntrax powder. It comes in a ton of different flavors. No sugar, 23 G protein, no fat, no carbs, and no artificial sweeteners. The only downside is that I have to order it from Amazon. It's so tasty even the hubs and kids drink it in the morning!

Loving the Syntrax..especially the strawberry mousse flavor.

They sent me home with a drain too. No biggie. It's easy to deal with. Just make sure you empty it before it gets more than half full and that you squeeze all the air out.

I just had mine on Tuesday and my tummy is making the same sounds. I have found that trying to walk helps. Also I've used the infant gas drops and that helps too!

Praying for all of us today as we begin our journey to a new "us". Still can't believe the day is actually here even though I'm typing this from my hospital bed. We'll see each other on the flip side!!!

Tomorrow is my day too! I'm excited, nervous, scared, and determined! I can't believe the day has finally come. Grateful I found this site pre-surgery!
