Cocktail forks and chopsticks!

Had surgery on October 29th and I finally feel like I'm starting to get a hang of this! I purchased some cocktail forks from bed bath and beyond for $2 each. Also, eating with chopsticks definitely helps! I was eating too fast and too big of bites and getting stuck/throwing up way too often. These have been helping a lot. Also, if I feel anything weird at all I take a break from eating. Hope these tips can help someone else! I am down 38 lbs!

I love eating with the cocktail fork and little spoons -- guess I always loved dollhouse and tea party as a child, too. We had some shrimp forks that were put away and I got them out and put them in our regular silverware drawer. Those are very helpful. And I'm with you on the stopping the moment anything feels tight.

Best wishes! You are doing so well!
