Protein -- i hate Unjury.

I'm 11 days pre-op and I can't stand these protein shakes with Unjury. I'm getting nowhere near enough protein. Any suggestions to make "full liquids" more tolerable?

have you tried different kinds of Protein shakes? I know my NUT gave me a good size list of ones I could choose from (obviously low sugar, high protein)? I have never personally tried unjury yet, I know I will have to once I am post op.....sorry I couldn't be more help. Good Luck!

At Sams you can buy Premier Protein Shakes and they are pretty good. There are 40 grams of protein per shake and only 1 gram of sugar. I like the Atkins shakes the best but they don't have as much protein in them even though they do taste much better. Have you tried the unflavored Unjury mixed into sugar free Jello? Keep trying things till you find something that works. Just remember that you aren't going to find anything that tastes like Cookies and cream icecream... we're talking diet food here. Good luck. I've lost 15 pounds drinking one for Breakfast, one for lunch and then eating a healthy supper. Plus I have 2 Snacks during the day.

I can only handle premier. I drink em like chocolate milk.

. For strawberry I liked muscle milk

My favorite strawberry is Syntrax Matrix Strawberry Cream.

Everyone's taste is so different on shakes.

I couldn't do the premier that a lot of people swear by.

Pre-surgery I loved the syntax nectar. After surgery not so much but to be honest haven't had any since a few days out. May have to try again as I still have a few packages around.

I do like the unjury both vanilla and chocolate but these days are not drinking shakes very often.

Good luck with your journey!

I love Chike. It is fantastic. I get it through amazon.
