calorie web site?

Hi all,

I am 5 weeks sleeved yesterday. I haven't counted calories yet, was worried about getting in the Protein and fluids. I just feel like I should have a balance all the way around.

Can anyone guide me to a good way to look up calories or web site? I gave away all my WW books... they were my go to thing... and now I just feel lost on this world wide web lol

Thanks :)

I use MyFitnessPal. It's an easy way to track calories, fat, carbs, and protein! :)

My nutrisionalist suggested calorie king.com you can download the app to your phone too.
