i ate some candy

I had about 10 spree tart candies this evening..just a confession...they were delicious...I'm gonna blame pms..hopefully my body will accept that bit of sugar graciously and put an end to this stall already.

Me, any sugar causes an increase in cravings, but that's me...

dont be too hard on yourself....i had a handful of snow caps yesterday...just kind of out of curiousity... after that the craving was gone. that was the first time ive craved sweets.
