Incissions!

So I'm 3 weeks post op today. I had 7 laparoscopic incisions. 4 have healed 3 are weird! They are red around, but nothing oozing out. 2 opened up a little but nothing ever came out of them. One is in a fat roll (sorry for that!)and skin is peeling all around it. Any idea what I can put on them to help them heal? I wash them 2x per day with anti bacterial soap. I'm a housewife so I'm not leaving the house to work or sitting at a desk job. Dr. Said just leave them but the scab on the two of them is yellow. Yuck! Any suggestions? Sorry for the gross description!

I have one in my fat roll that is tkaing longer to heal..I am 2 weeks out...It kepy getting pulled on because of the location..one thing you can do for a week or so is wear a belly brace (band) It keeps my from bending over too much, twisting that area so the incision doesn;t get rubbed pulled on etc.

I had soe redness around it, it had a pea size lump and it hurt bad, but after wearing this for a week it is having a chance to heal better.

I actually have an incision in my belly button. They didn't cover it after surgery with steri strips. When I was in the hospital the nurse came in on day two and was the only one to look at my incisions and counted only FOUR!! I was like I'm not sure but I think there should be five. She said nope she doesn't see it. We'll I came home and finally got to shower and felt like my belly button was super sore and puffed out more than usual (I've had my gal bladder removed and they went through my belly button). Low and below guess who found the fifth incision!!! Why would they leave it to be like that? So now I'm making sure to wash it everyday and I put a sterile gauze sponge in it since it's in my "roll". I see my doctor on the 9th. Till then nothing better happen!
